Abstract:
Key grassroots officials are those who are elected to hold term-based positions, holding important positions in the Party, government, Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations in communes, wards and towns. Binh Duong province is implementing the model: "Friendly government of the people, by the people, for the people", performing a good job of serving the people when dealing with administrative work in the spirit: "Respecting the people, being close to the people, understanding the people, learning from the people and being responsible to the people". Therefore, developing theoretical political thinking is an important and necessary requirement and task, contributing to the development and improvement of the qualities and personalities of key grassroots officials in Binh Duong province in the current period.
