Abstract:
The background of this research is that there are still public perceptions about the less-than-optimal quality of education services. Therefore, efforts are needed to improve the quality of education services. Implementing an IT-based Management Information System is expected to help improve the quality of education services. The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of school management information systems in improving the quality of education services and the obstacles faced in implementing school management information systems in improving the quality of education services. To describe the efforts made to overcome the barriers in implementing school management information systems to enhance the quality of education services. This research method uses the qualitative descriptive analysis method, which is done by describing the facts followed by analysis.
