Abstract: This study discusses the incorporation of thinking strategies of high order in teaching in general
and in the teaching of theoretical texts in particular. The main goal of the paper is to discuss the
difficulties of teaching theoretical texts to students, but also present teachers with a tool kit when
facing these difficulties. The present study lays the foundations for the teaching of a theoretical
text, and suggests an efficient teaching method that will allow students to fully and thoroughly
understand a text. |
