Abstract:
Confronted with the impetus imposed on them by difficult conditions, young Cameroonians in general and those in Nkongsamba in particular interrupt their schooling and invest more and more in business creation. Despite the weakness of their cultural capital, these young people manage to position themselves in economic spheres sometimes as imposing as entrepreneurs. This reflection is an analysis of the processes from which under-educated young people, despite their educational deficits, manage to become entrepreneurs. The documentary exploitation, as well as data from the semistructured individual interviews with the under-educated young people of Nkongsamba made it possible to make a reading of the phenomenon. Theories of human capital and networks reveal three main steps that follow a logic that leads to business creation by these young people. It is precisely the stage of the constitution of the capital, that of the construction of the idea of enterprise and the creation, finally the stage of the consolidation
