Abstract:
This research paper examines the role of emotional intelligence (EI) in enhancing student success through holistic learning approaches. Holistic learning emphasizes the integration of cognitive, emotional, and social dimensions in the educational process. The study highlights how EI contributes to students’ academic performance, interpersonal relationships, and overall well-being. By analyzing various educational settings, the paper identifies key components of EI, including self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy, and social skills. It discusses how educators can foster EI through curriculum design, teaching methods, and supportive classroom environments.
